Park City weekend

We have our annual Park City trip and this time it was after school started. Maddie and Josh got there before any of the rest of us. We had a ward party that Cindy was in charge of that was that same Friday night as our Park City adventure. Nic and Shannon were also involved in that same party. Anyway the party turned out fine and we left and let others clean up and headed to Park City. We soaked in the hot tubs and went to bed. Next day we decided to go over to Brighton in the morning and do a family hike around Silver Lake. There were boulders to climb.

It is such a beautiful setting and not as crowded as it was Labor Day last year. Ducks followed Connor and Payton around the lake.

We stopped for pictures and even some snacks and then headed back to Park City.

It was now time to do the slides.First was the chair lift.

Then it was rolling to the launch point.

And then down the slide.

After that it was swimming again and then dinner. That night was the BYU -Utah game and so Cindy and I went to Provo to watch the game while the kids continued to play in Park City. While the game did not turn out the way we wanted we had a wonderful family time in Park City.
